To add a new sample

Login onto LIMS
On the Landing page select HPV Module
Locate the Samples Module on the top menu bar.
Locate the “add sample button” on the top right corner of the page or the “Add sample” Link on the quick link menu bar
If the Patient is non-existent click on> create patient and register sample button
This loads a data form > fill in all patient-specific information or details
Click on submit
A Lab Code would be automatically assigned to the sample in the format (HPV Lab initials/ Facility abbreviation / Year Received /Lab Serial No).
